In our latest podcast on Beatles and Rock Music, aired on Monday, May 6th, 2024, we enjoyed a fantastic selection of music from the Beatles and various artists from the 60s and 70s.
We welcomed three guests:
- Alan Kaye, who shared his tribute to Joe Cocker;
- Brian Cancemi, discussing his band The Blue Meanies, which performs tributes to the Beatles, The Byrds, the Monkees, the Kinks, and a few others;
- David Hamilton from The Sunrise Jones, who focuses on all Beatles music. We also promoted their upcoming appearances at Abbey Road On the River.
In addition, during the podcast, I paid tribute to singer and musician Scott Benge, who sadly passed away last weekend. Scott had been a guest on my radio show twice, and his contributions to music were celebrated as we remembered his talent and legacy.

3) David Hamilton
David Hamilton is a member of The Sunrise Jones, a dynamic band hailing from Ohio. With a passion for rock and pop music, The Sunrise Jones pays homage to legendary acts like The Beatles while infusing their performances with their own unique style.
