Show Topic: Rock, Country & Rockabilly – A Tribute to Roy Orbison & Glen Campbell

This Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, we’re bringing you a special edition of the show that blends rock, country, and rockabilly across the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and into the 80s.

These genres share deep roots and crossover influences, creating a rich musical landscape where storytelling, emotion, and unforgettable melodies take center stage.

From early rockabilly energy to polished country-pop hits, this episode celebrates the artists who helped shape these timeless sounds.

At the heart of this show is a tribute to two legendary figures—Roy Orbison and Glen Campbell—both of whom would have celebrated their 90th birthdays this year.

Roy Orbison’s unmistakable voice and emotional depth made songs like “Only the Lonely,” “Crying,” and “Oh, Pretty Woman” timeless classics, while his later resurgence in the late 1980s and role in the Traveling Wilburys cemented his place as one of rock’s most enduring voices.

We’ll also celebrate the incredible career of Glen Campbell, whose journey from session guitarist with the Wrecking Crew to global superstar is one of the most remarkable stories in music history.

With hits like “Wichita Lineman,” “Galveston,” and “Rhinestone Cowboy,” Campbell bridged country and pop in a way that resonated across generations, while also becoming a familiar face through his television show, The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.

Together, their music represents the emotional core and crossover appeal of rock, country, and rockabilly.

This episode is both a celebration and a remembrance—honoring their legacy through the songs and stories that continue to inspire.

Mark your calendars for this heartfelt tribute—you won’t want to miss it. Don’t miss it!

Show Topic: Rock Music Memories – Beatles, Wings & Beyond

This Monday, April 20th, 2026, we’re diving into a rich and nostalgic edition of Rock Music Memories, focusing on the enduring legacy of The Beatles and the evolution into Paul McCartney and Wings.

Along the way, we’ll explore the sounds of the 60s and 70s with music from artists like The Monkees and Herman’s Hermits, while highlighting the broader influence of British pop and rock during this golden era.

At the heart of this episode is a deeper look into Paul McCartney’s post-Beatles journey, particularly his work with Wings, a band that carried his creative vision into a new decade.

We’ll also touch on the important role of figures like Peter Asher, whose contributions to music—as both an artist and producer—helped shape the sound of the time and connect many of the artists we’re celebrating.

Joining me once again—now for the fifth time—is a truly special guest, Laurence Juber, former guitarist for Wings from 1978 to 1981. Laurence brings firsthand insight into the band’s later years, including his work on the album Back to the Egg and the UK tour that followed.

His perspective offers a rare, inside look at one of rock’s most influential artists during a pivotal period.

Beyond Wings, Laurence’s career spans an incredible range of musical achievements—from studio sessions and iconic hit recordings to television and film scoring.

In this episode, we’ll also talk about his upcoming appearances at Abbey Road on the River and his connection to two compelling documentary films, Paul McCartney: Man on the Run and Peter Asher: Everywhere Man.

Mark your calendars for this one—it’s a must for Beatles and Wings fans alike. Don’t miss it!

Former guitarist for Wings from 1978 to 1981, Laurence Juber returns for his fifth appearance to share his firsthand experiences working with Paul McCartney during a defining era of the band. He performed on the album Back to the Egg and toured with Wings during their UK run.

Laurence’s extensive career includes work as a studio musician and guitarist on numerous hit recordings, including Belinda Carlisle’s “Mad About You,” Eric Carmen’s “Make Me Lose Control,” and contributions to the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. He also played on Ringo Starr’s Stop and Smell the Roses and contributed to television shows such as Happy Days, Family Ties, Home Improvement, and 7th Heaven.

He has collaborated with artists including The Monkees, Billy J. Kramer, Air Supply, and Peter Asher, and is widely respected for his solo guitar work. Laurence will also be promoting his appearances at Abbey Road on the River, taking place May 21st–25th, 2026, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and discussing the documentaries Paul McCartney: Man on the Run and Peter Asher: Everywhere Man.

Show Topic: Rock Music Memorabilia – Treasures of the 1960s

This Thursday, April 16th, 2026, we step into a fascinating side of rock history—rock music memorabilia from the incredible decade of the 1960s. It’s a time when music didn’t just shape culture—it created icons, movements, and collectibles that have become priceless pieces of history. From The Beatles and The Monkees to the explosion of the British Invasion, sunshine pop, soul, bubblegum pop, psychedelic rock, and folk rock, this episode celebrates the music and the artifacts that keep its legacy alive.

We’ll explore how these artists didn’t just influence sound—they created a visual and cultural identity that fans still connect with today. Album covers, concert posters, autographs, handwritten lyrics, and stage-worn clothing all tell a deeper story about the artists and the era they defined. These pieces are more than collectibles—they are snapshots of history, capturing moments that shaped generations.

Joining me once again is Tom Fontaine, a true pioneer in the world of music memorabilia collecting. Beginning at just five years old in 1963, Tom has spent decades building one of the largest and most valuable collections of entertainment artifacts in the world. His collection spans legendary artists from The Beatles, Elvis Presley, and The Rolling Stones to The Monkees and beyond—covering music, film, television, and more.

In this episode, Tom shares incredible insights into his collection, with a special focus on 1960s memorabilia—particularly The Beatles and The Monkees—as well as stories from his book The Beatles Looking Back: The Final Trip. It’s a rare opportunity to hear firsthand about the preservation of music history through some of the most iconic artifacts ever collected. Mark your calendars for this one—it’s a must-listen for any true music fan. Don’t miss it!

🎤 Tom Fontaine

Tom Fontaine from Indianapolis, Indiana is a true pioneer in the world of music and entertainment memorabilia collecting. His journey began at the age of five in 1963, growing into one of the largest and most valuable private collections spanning more than five decades.

His collection includes artifacts from nearly every legendary recording artist and band of the 20th century—from The Beatles, Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and Bob Dylan to The Monkees, The Beach Boys, Elton John, Michael Jackson, and many more, extending even to modern artists like Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga.

In the 1980s, Tom expanded into rare autographs, performance contracts, stage-worn clothing, and handwritten lyrics, preserving not only music history but also pieces from film, television, and pop culture. On this episode, he’ll discuss his remarkable 1960s collection, with special focus on The Beatles and The Monkees, as well as insights from his book The Beatles Looking Back: The Final Trip.

Show Topic: Behind the Lens – California Dreaming & Rock Photography of the 60s and 70s

This Monday, April 13th, 2026, we step into a truly special edition of Rock n Roll Moments, where music meets photography in a powerful exploration of the California sound of the 1960s and 70s. From folk rock and sunshine pop to classic rock and soft rock, this episode brings together the artists and movements that defined an era—The Mamas and The Papas, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Neil Young, and so many more.

We’ll also explore the cultural heartbeat of Laurel Canyon, where a generation of musicians came together to create some of the most influential music in rock history. Alongside that, we revisit legendary festivals like the Monterey Pop Festival and Woodstock—moments that didn’t just showcase music, but helped shape the identity of a generation.

Joining me once again is legendary photographer Henry Diltz, whose lens captured the very soul of this era. With over 250 album covers to his name—including the iconic Morrison Hotel cover for The Doors—Henry’s work is inseparable from the visual history of rock and roll. His candid, fly-on-the-wall style brought audiences closer than ever to artists like The Eagles, Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney, and The Monkees.

In this episode, Henry shares his firsthand experiences documenting Laurel Canyon, photographing at Monterey and Woodstock, and working alongside some of the most legendary names in music. It’s a rare opportunity to hear the stories behind the images that defined a generation. Mark your calendars for this unforgettable show—this is one you truly don’t want to miss. Don’t miss it!

📸 Henry Diltz

Legendary music photographer Henry Diltz returns to the show for his third appearance, bringing with him an extraordinary legacy of capturing the golden age of rock and roll. With more than 250 album covers and thousands of publicity photos to his name, Henry is best known for iconic images such as The Doors’ Morrison Hotel cover.

His work includes candid, behind-the-scenes photography of artists like The Eagles, Neil Young, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Jackson Browne, Joni Mitchell, America, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney, and The Monkees. As the official photographer at the Monterey Pop Festival (1967) and Woodstock (1969, 1994, 1999), Henry documented defining moments in music history.

He also captured the spirit of Laurel Canyon, where many rising folk-rock stars lived and created music that would shape generations. His photography has appeared in The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, LIFE, People, Rolling Stone, and Billboard.

Show Topic: Rock n Roll Moments – Legends, Legacy & Stories from the 50s to the 80s

This Thursday, April 9th, 2026, we’re bringing you another compelling edition of Rock n Roll Moments, exploring the music and stories that shaped rock and pop from the 1950s through the 1980s.

From the roots of early rock and roll to the rise of the British Invasion, progressive rock, folk rock, and Americana, this episode captures the evolution of sound and culture across multiple decades that defined modern music.

What makes this show especially meaningful is the deeply personal and historical perspective brought by our guests. We’ll reflect on the origins of one of the most influential bands in history, explore the visual storytelling that helped define an era, and revisit the golden age of British pop through the eyes of those who lived it.

These aren’t just stories; they’re firsthand connections to the moments that changed music forever.

We’ll also take a closer look at the legacy of The Quarrymen and their transformation into The Beatles, the iconic imagery captured during the Woodstock era, and the enduring appeal of bands like Herman’s Hermits.

Each conversation offers a unique window into the people, places, and creativity that shaped the soundtrack of generations.

It’s a powerful blend of music, memory, and history that brings the past to life in a way only Rock n Roll Moments can.

Show Topic: Rock Across the Decades – From the 50s to the 80s

This Monday, April 6th, 2026, we’re taking a wide-ranging journey through the evolution of rock music—from its early roots in the 1950s all the way through the defining sounds of the 60s, 70s, and into the 80s.

It’s a powerful mix of pop, rock, folk, and soft rock, showcasing how the genre grew, adapted, and shaped generations of music lovers. From the raw beginnings of rock and roll to the polished sounds of later decades, this episode captures the full arc of an ever-evolving musical landscape.

We’ll explore how these decades connect—how folk influences blended into rock, how pop melodies found their way into mainstream radio, and how artists across each era built on what came before them.

Whether it’s the storytelling of folk-rock, the emotional depth of soft rock, or the energy of classic rock, this show brings together the threads that tie it all together.

Joining me once again is a very special guest, Timothy LaRoque, a talented singer and songwriter from Hollywood, Florida.
