Our latest topic on ‘Moments of Rock‘ broadcast on Thursday, March 28th, 2024 was a thrilling journey through the great music of the ’60s and ’70s, featuring some of the Beatles, Boz Scaggs, The Raspberries, Wings, Bruce Springsteen, Billy J. Kramer, Badfinger, The Hollies, Toto, Steely Dan, Chicago, Blood Sweat & Tears, and a few others.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible guests who joined the show. Doug Kistner shared his passion for music, including Yacht Rock and Chicago, his experiences performing with Blood, Sweat & Tears, collaborating with Glenn Burtnik on the Summer of Love concert, and discussing his original songs written and recorded for Studio D’lux.

Brian Ostering, bassist and vocalist for The Wag hailing from New Jersey, brings the spirit of The Beatles to every performance. With gigs ranging from local establishments to opening for national acts like Jason Mraz, Rick Springfield, and Gavin DeGraw, The Wag has earned a reputation for their dynamic live shows. Joe Orlando, a versatile singer, songwriter, and musician, leads The Cryers, a dynamic band based in New Jersey and New York City. With a knack for crafting original music, Joe not only writes and arranges the band’s material but also handles all the logistics required for a group constantly on the move.
