🎙️ Tom Caminiti
Known to many as “The Tall Italian,” Tom Caminiti is a seasoned radio professional whose career spans decades across some of South Florida’s most recognizable stations.
Starting as a board operator before moving into news and eventually becoming an on-air DJ, Tom worked at stations including WAXY, EASY-105 FM (now HOT-105), MAJIC 102 FM, LOVE-94 FM, and The WAVE/BREEZE 95.7 FM.
He later returned to MAJIC 102.7 FM, where he spent ten years—seven of them hosting the highly popular “All Request Show” weeknights from 7 PM to midnight. It was during this time that he earned his well-known nickname, “The Tall Italian.”
With a deep passion for music and a lifetime of broadcasting experience, Tom brings a unique and authentic perspective to the sounds of the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
