Topic for the show: Rock, Pop, Doo Wop, Country and Rockabilly

I’ll be playing from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, and some 80s, on different rock music artists. There’s also a 30th Anniversary tribute on remembering Roy Orbison who died on December 6, 1988 . Known for his powerful voice, wide vocal range, impassioned singing style, complex song structures, and dark, emotional ballads.

I’ll talk about his life and music on Roy Orbison on Sun Records and Monument Records, and his greatest hits on Only The Lonely, Oh Pretty Woman, Dream Baby, Crying, Running Scared, In Dreams, You Got It and others, also his performance on Black and White Night and the supergroup the Traveling Wilburys.
