Topic for the show: 50th Anniversary of the year 1968

 Our next show will focus on 1968,  a defining moment in history. Our President at the time was Lyndon B. Johnson, there was the 1968 Election, Vietnam War going on including the major battle of the Tet Offensive, two assassinations of Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy, the Chicago Convention, Apollo 8 orbit the moon, 60 Minutes was debut on CBS, different TV shows included Hawaii Five O, Laugh In, The Mod Squad and others, and films of Bullitt, 2001 Space Odyssey, The Lion in the Winter, Funny Girl, and others.

On rock music, they’ll be on the Beatles, Elvis Presley from the 68 Comeback Special, Hendrix, the Doors, the Band, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross and The Supremes, Dion with Abraham, Martin and John, Cream, Glen Campbell, Johnny Cash, Steppenwolf, The Band, Janis Joplin, the Monkees, Bee Gees, Iron Butterfly, the Rascals, the Grass Roots, and much others.
